	Supply Process

	Machining process
	ㆍRotation drill and drilling cylinder moves forward, and supplied Work Pieces are machined with drilling. ㆍConfiguration: Cylinders for drill, drill motors, proximity switches, and etc. ㆍDrill motor: DC 24V ㆍProximity Switch: Cylinder-mounted (Forward-backward detection).
	Transfer process
	ㆍMachined Work pieces are moved by conveyor devices. And automatically transport processes to inspection. ㆍIncludes: transport cylinders, proximity switches, feed blocks, conveyor belts, conveyor drive motor, and etc. ㆍProximity Switch: Cylinder-mounted (Forward-backward detection). ㆍConveyor drive motor: DC 24V
	Inspection Process
	ㆍInspect Workpieces, they are good or bad, with inspection sensors. Also it checks about metallic or non-metallic. ㆍInductive sensors: 18Ø, sensing 8mm, metal detection ㆍCapacitive proximity sensors: 18Øm sensing 8mm, detect metallic and nonmetallic materials ㆍOptical Sensors: 18Ø, sensing distance 100mm, a direct reflection, the color of the material detected
	Extraction process
